At Clark Machine, the repair of earth moving equipment is the foundation to our business. Clark Machine has aligned with the industry leaders WEIR ESCO and Bucyrus, whose ground engaging parts and blades represent the majority of our parts warehouse stock. Along with the parts and blades, we offer and stock Berco undercarriage parts. Clark Machine also provides Hardox and Weldox from 3/16″ to 3″ thick. We are a certified distributor for Hardox wear parts and plates, and WEIR ESCO and Bucyrus Blades.
We are equipped to manufacture wear parts to supplement our inventory. With our state-of-the-art Hypertherm HPR 260 plasma high performance cutting table with 4 Oxy-fuel stations. Clark Machine is capable of cutting plate up to 8″ thick, and holding a 1/16″ tolerance in plate up to 1 1/4″ thick. We can also put edges on plates up to 2 ½” thick. We routinely cut stainless steel and aluminum as well.
These capabilities enable Clark Machine to provide the highest quality parts, blades and wear parts in the industry. This versatility allows us to serve industrial, construction, agriculture, and heavy equipment markets. We are available for rebuilds, redesigns, and emergency repair work and can perform work on-site or provide transportation to our facility.
We have the skill, knowledge, and experience to rebuild tracks, chains, idlers and rollers, buckets, cranes, and crushers, and provide complete line boring services. We can repair pins and bushings, booms, and can replace parts for cranes and crushers. We are capable of pin press work up to 750 tons. As a service, we offer to maintain records of our customer’s machines and monitor run time to ensure the proper maintenance such as pad changes and pin and bushing turns. Our shop stocks tooth points, adapters, cutting edges, undercarriage parts, lubricants, and WEIR ESCO, Bucyrus, and Berco parts. If arms, housings, frames, and shafts are bent, we can straighten them to their original specifications.
