The Automatic Division is a full service one stop repair facility for crawler type cranes, heavy earth moving equipment, tractors, buckets and crane fronts. From welding large size buckets to repairing crawlers drive chains; the division is fully equipped to perform on site repairs or to bring the customers equipment into the shop for repair or replacement. All welding is performed by certified welders.
The Automatic Division’s 700 Ton Hydraulic Horizontal Press is unique in the industry. This piece of equipment is capable of removing and replacing very large gears, sprockets, couplings, rotors or other large attachments from shafts and replacing them. It is also designed to straighten arms, housing, frames, shafts and all of your industrial needs.
The division maintains a large inventory of replaceable tooth points, adapters, cutting edges and sheave wheels. We also carry replaceable undercarriage parts for loaders, dozers, shovels, cranes, crawler drive chains, replacement buckets and parts for draglines, clamshells loaders, shovels and backhoes; we also carry wire rope products (slings and cables) and lubricants for all your industrial needs.
