Repair & Rebuilding of Mill Rolls

Contracted by a steel mill, we repaired a series of large mill rolls used in their steel processing operation. The entire process was subject to our own stringent quality measures which included weld and dimensional inspections.

Bucket Repair

From excavator and loader buckets of all sizes to face shovels, grapples, and clamshell buckets, our team has decades of experience making repairs of all kinds. We use only proven quality materials and parts in our repairs.

Pedestrian Walkway Canopy

Clark Machine was contracted to fabricate 2 pedestrian canopies at an airport to provide a safe space, out of the elements, for pedestrians to wait for their app-based ride share vehicles.

Recycled Steel Processors

We currently service the steel recycling industry in many ways, including manufacturing and repairing the various complex processing equipment used at these facilities. We want to help these customers maximize their time, as the demand on this industry is increasing by the day.

Ferry Transport Ramps

We've fabricated five customer-designed transport ramps, complete with an apron that can be raised and lowered, safety railings, and gates. These ramps each had an overall length of 61‘9“and width of 18‘6“. The ramps are used to make a smooth transition from road surface to the ferry deck.
